How Lightwell is Responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

An Update for Our Clients and Partners 

As COVID-19 continues to spread globally, our policies concerning the health and safety of our employees, their families, our clients, and our partners continue to be top of mind.

While the information available to all of us is changing rapidly, we wanted to share with you an update as to how we’re currently approaching the situation.

Effective immediately, Lightwell has instituted a policy that requires our global workforce to continue operations remotely from their home offices, while avoiding all domestic and international travel.

We are fortunate that our consulting staff and many other key team members are well-prepared and familiar with working remotely. As a result, there should be no disruption in supporting our clients’ mission-critical projects currently underway.

Furthermore, with all of the modern systems, communication and collaboration technologies we have put in place for our globally dispersed team, the shift to working remotely full-time for all of our employees should be relatively smooth. We are also providing additional resources and education to assist our office employees with the transition.

All of our collective teams will strive to operate as seamlessly as possible, and we’ll continue to deliver the high levels of service and performance on which our clients rely.

We realize this is an unprecedented time for all of us, but know each of us is responsible for helping to prevent future outbreaks. At Lightwell, we take this responsibility very seriously and understand by doing so, we are lessening risk and saving lives.

Because this is a developing situation, we are unsure as to when we will lift the travel ban, but most certainly will do so once we feel it’s safe for our employees, their families, and our clients.

Our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. We wish them a full and speedy recovery. For those not impacted, we send our wishes that you and your families remain safe. We would also like to express our gratitude to those who have been working tirelessly to take care of those in need and keep us safe, and to others who are generously helping others who need extra support during this time.
