Lightwell appoints Brian Kayla as Senior Director of eCommerce and Omnichannel Commerce Solutions
Dublin, Ohio, October 14, 2015—To meet the growing demand for B2C and B2B ecommerce technology expertise, Lightwell today announced the appointment of Brian Kayla as Senior Director of eCommerce and Omnichannel Commerce Solutions. Kayla brings with him 15+ years of experience assisting mid-sized and enterprise retail and manufacturing companies with the development, implementation, and support of their B2B and B2C eCommerce technologies.
As a seasoned eCommerce leader, Kayla has led global technical teams–from presales and project design though implementation, testing, and health checks–delivering on all aspects of these successful projects.
Kayla has assisted numerous companies in meeting rapidly changing customer, business, and industry requirements by developing holistic eCommerce strategies and leveraging emerging technologies.
Throughout his career, Kayla has been called upon to facilitate improved alignment between companies’ B2B and B2C operations, creating roadmaps for these organizations to expand their eCommerce business and become more customer-focused.
