Our Partnership with IBM
Lightwell is one of the largest independent providers of IBM Sterling services and solutions. We are an IBM Platinum Business Partner as a result of our commitment to service excellence, skills development, and customer satisfaction.
Our partnership with IBM started in 2000, when we (then Oxford Consulting Group) partnered with Sterling Commerce (now IBM) to provide B2B Integration solution delivery and support services to many of their clients.
Since then we have completed thousands of IBM Sterling B2B Integration, Managed File Transfer, IBM Integration and IBM Sterling Order Management services engagements with a team of nearly 200 dedicated IBM consultants across the US, Canada, and the UK. In addition, a number of our consultants are leveraged by IBM on a regular basis to complete major projects for some of their most notable customers.
In 2012 we opened up an office in Belfast, Northern Ireland as a development and training center for IBM Sterling Order Management consultants.
In addition, we acquired the UK’s largest provider of IBM Sterling services and solutions—Chase Consultancy. Through this expansion, we are able to meet increasing customer demand, reach more customers and markets, and better serve and support our multi-national customers.
Over the years we have worked closely with IBM to develop innovative solutions to help our mutual clients achieve faster time-to-benefit, lower total cost of ownership and greater ROI.
