Over the last 20+ years, Lori has focused on helping companies overcome challenges and achieve competitive advantages through technology. She has worked with hundreds of companies across a wide variety of industries, assisting them with initiatives around e-commerce, omnichannel, CRM, B2B integration, file transfer, ERP, and more.
As Vice President of Marketing at Lightwell, Lori is responsible for all aspects of marketing at Lightwell, including: marketing strategy, integrated marketing programs, content marketing, thought leadership, website development, design, social media, video, lead generation and nurturing, SEO and PPC, and event marketing.
In addition, working closely with fellow members of the Lightwell leadership team, Lori led the global renaming and rebranding of Oxford Consulting Group to Lightwell.
Prior to joining Lightwell, Lori served as VP of Marketing for an award-winning provider of customer service CRM, knowledge management and social media management solutions.
Previously, she helped companies deploy IP communications, Web and e-commerce technology solutions at AT&T as well as at Sterling Commerce (now IBM).
Lori earned an MBA in Marketing from The Ohio State University and received the Weidler Scholar award for top academic performance. As an undergraduate she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Denison University with honors.
