We are deeply involved in the communities in which we operate by proactively helping others. Our commitment begins with our pledge to donating a percentage of our annual profits to organizations that focus on disadvantaged women, youth and veterans. The pledge also extends to our 100% corporate match to any employee’s charity contributions to causes that align with our pillars of philanthropy.
With recognition that our company has a social, cultural, environmental and ethical responsibility to the communities in which we work and live, Lightwell is directly involved in several local and national charitable, non-profit organizations.
We believe everyone can make a difference and should strive to do so. We commit our efforts annually by donating at least 5% of our profits to organizations in support of our corporate focus on disadvantaged women, youth and veterans.
